The third International Conference focused on Social Impact Bonds, jointly organised by PIRU, RAND Europe, Newcastle Business School and the Government Outcomes Lab at the University of Oxford was held on 6-7 September 2018 in Oxford.

The event brought over 120 practitioners and academics from across the world together to share the latest research findings and practical insights from the service delivery front line. PIRU presented findings from its SIB Trailblazer evaluation.

A panel discussion including Stefanie Tan and Alec Fraser from PIRU alongside colleagues from the GO Lab, in which findings from PIRU and GO Lab research was presented: Bridging the gap between practice and research around SIBs.
