Paul has over 15 years of experience in development and policy research and has contributed to the application of economic principles and advanced econometrics techniques to health and development issues. He is a Research Fellow at the Policy Innovation and Evaluation Research Unit of the Health Services Research & Policy Department.
Paul has diverse experience in applied research and policy engagement in both developing and developed countries and has previously worked in research as well as academia. He is interested in the application of econometrics and health economics principles to health and development issues. Paul has experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He is well versed in the use of statistical packages for data management and analysis including STATA, R, SAS, SPSS, PC-Give, QGIS and PowerBI.
